Returns Information
All UK customers must return their order within 14 working days of the delivery date.
For international customers, please return your order within 28 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. All items must be returned in the original packaging with the labels/tags still attached.
Please include the returns form included with your order and clearly state the reason for the return or exchange.
If your order was purchased using a discount code or bundle the entire order must be returned if you are requesting a refund. If you would like an exchange, you may return only the item that you wish to exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, your exchange will be processed using the same contact and shipping details from your original order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.
If your refund is approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
We cannot accept returns for items that:

Smell of smoke

Contain pet hair
-
Are marked, damaged, or worn
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service, as Outlash is not responsible for items lost during transit.
