Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
UK Standard Delivery – £3.99
Estimated delivery time 2–4 working days within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Free UK Delivery – Orders over £45
Enjoy free standard delivery (2–4 working days) on all UK orders over £45.
Europe (EU) – £15.00
Estimated delivery time approximately 5 working days.
Rest of World – £20.00
Estimated delivery time 6–10 working days.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the selected service.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend the items or delivery information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns Information
All UK customers must return their order within 14 working days of the delivery date.
For international customers, please return your order within 28 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. All items must be returned in the original packaging with the tags/labels still attached.
Please include the returns form included with your order and clearly state the reason for the return or exchange.
If your order was purchased using a discount code, the entire order must be returned if you are requesting a refund. If you would like an exchange, you may return only the item that you wish to exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, your exchange will be processed using the same contact and shipping details from your original order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item has been received.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
We cannot accept returns for items that:

Contain pet hair

Are marked, damaged, or worn
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Outlash is not responsible for items lost during transit.
